GENERAL INFORMATION
- Rent is due on the First of each Month, regardless of the day of the week on which it falls.
- 5% Late Fees begin on the 6th day if it is not paid in full.
- Lock-out fee is $40 if we have to bring you a key. After business hours call a locksmith, otherwise come by the office and borrow a key during business hours.
- Any maintenance charges that are billed to the tenant will be charged at the contractor’s rate a 10% maintenance fee will be charged to you by Chaste Properties.
- If your lease does not allow for a pet, remember that your security deposit will be forfeited if you break your agreement.
- You cannot terminate your lease early. If your situation changes and you must move, please read the lease break instructions carefully.
- All of our homes are considered smoke free unless special permission is granted and it will be stated on your lease.
